At Jess Rose Design, I cater my designs to the specific requests of my clients, and go out of my way to making sure that the work I do is a reflection of their own tastes and preferences.
I have worked in the design industry for the past 12 years and currently own an interior and homewares store called Misc. (miscellaneous)
I studied Interior Design in Auckland and have been practicing this since I graduated in 2007. Along side this I have developed a wealth of knowledge in Event styling and Visual Merchandising. These are 2 fields I truely love being involved in as they allow me to think outside the box and design to a whole different scale.
As you can see being creative is not only my job but my passion and I love every aspect of the design process.

An Inside Scoop Into My Creations
GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS RESIDENTS
My husband and I have just come out of a 4 month complete home renovation and thanks to Jess at MISC our house looks AWESOME!!!! :-) We had no idea on how to style it and Jess came up with an amazing design/colours/flooring/bathroom/kitchen style and furniture etc for us. We told her the look we were after "Classic American" and she did the rest. We purchased all our furniture, art work, pillows, decorative pieces, basically everything from MISC and it was money well spent. We'd definitely recommend MISC and Jess. Her interior design and store is the best in Hamilton and you certainly won't be disappointed. Thanks Jess for our amazing home and look forward to the next home renovation if my husband lets me :-)

We like to start every job with an initial consultation. This allows us to meet and get to know the client, their project and what they’re looking for.
From here we will develop a design plan, which will be provided to the client prior to proceeding.
This initial consultation costs $120 and usually takes around 1 hour.
